The Duchess of Cambridge accompanied hubby Prince William to the lavish Istana Negara Palace for the dinner thrown by the rulers of Malaysia.

Her floor length white Alexander McQueen gown with gold chiffon overlay kept in line with protocol of the country as the tops of her arms were covered up.

The gold detail consisted of embroidery of the Malaysian flower, the hibiscus.

William and Kate signed a visitors book before entering the building as guests of honor.

Their trip comes amid renewed speculation that Kate could be expecting a baby royal and future heir to the throne soon as she reportedly toasted William with water rather than wine at a recent event.
