Yesterday was Michael Jackson's 54th birthday and to celebrate his kids Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket headed to Gary, Ind., to remember their dad. Michael passed away three years ago at the young age of 50.
Fans gathered outside Michael's childhood home and of course Michael's children went out to greet them. The threesome looked happy to sign autographs and take pictures. This is a very different change of pace from when Michael hid them from the public eye.
"We're here in Gary, and it's a new experience for us. People are real nice here," Prince told the local news. "It's amazing how much he was respected and loved." Blanket said: "It's a good place. It's good to see it, the place where our dad grew up."
